Nine open questions are carried, three of them new to this pack: whether a published policy page counts as a full answer, whether the card-issuer lever sits inside the perimeter, how a sign-up flow is evidenced retrospectively, what happens structurally at spring 2027, who owns each dated legal page, when the register moves to a non-profit, how the site should signal jurisdiction given the levers are UK-specific and the standard is not, whether the founder's own ten-company ask list would pass the selection rule he is publishing, and where international exit-path measurements belong. The honest gaps section states plainly that there are no adopters at launch, that the service is one client deep and unrepresentative, and that the exit measurements age the fastest of anything on the site.
