The service (later)
Everything on this site outside this one directory is CC BY 4.0 forever: the standard, the register, the workflows, the evidence. This directory is different by design. It is where a future commercial claims service would live if a business partner emerges — intake, the merit test, the decline rate, fees — and nothing outside it links into its internals, so the eventual split is an export of one directory plus a stub rather than a migration.
The pattern this follows
The naming decision of 24 August 2026: everything ships unified on subscriptions.sgit.ai now, with the commercial service refactored out later to its own property — the riskmandate.ai / risks.sgit.ai pattern, run in the other direction. That pair split content out of a commercial site; this site starts unified and would split the commercial part off, if and when a partner exists to run it.
What moves at the split, and what does not
| Content | CC BY, stays | Moves at the split |
|---|---|---|
| The standard, the law pages, the workflows | ✅ | |
| The register — record-only entries, the schema, the templates | ✅ (data in a vault → re-pointable to a neutral domain / non-profit) | |
| The exit-path measurements | ✅ | |
| The parsers, per-provider workspaces | ✅ | |
| The recovery service — intake, fees, client vaults, hosted metering | ✅ | |
| Pricing, the percentage model, the decline-rate dashboard | ✅ |
What is out of scope until advice is taken
The card-issuer lever is not offered as a service here. It looks like it may sit inside the regulated claims-management perimeter, so it is excluded from this page until that question is answered. The perimeter question, on /law/ →
